Our expansive, state-of-the-art facility features extensive oversized finishing capabilities, allowing us to produce expertly finished components regardless of size.
Standard and Oversized Blasting
Our customers often require large and small components, and to ensure absolute quality across every part, we maintain extensive blasting capabilities. Smaller components are quickly cleaned via our hook-powered blasting booth, which spins the components to ensure every surface is completely prepped, allowing for superior paint adherence for long-lasting, visually pleasing results.
The Big Blaster
Larger parts demand bigger blasting solutions, and here at HMMI, we do big. Our pass-through abrasive blaster features eight powerful rotoblast units that power through grime and debris using S-230 steel shot. Our oversized blast booth capabilities can handle components up to 48” wide, 54” tall, and 15’ long, ensuring complete surface preparation for durable finishing operations.
Extensive Industrial Painting Capabilities
HMMI’s staggering 100,000-square-foot facility includes three state-of-the-art painting booths with advanced color blending technology to match exact colors for custom painting projects. These cutting-edge booths can hold up to six colors each and can be fitted with additional color pots as required for complex industrial painting projects. Our booths can handle projects up to 50’ long, 8’ tall, and 8.5’ wide.
